Lights 2 PDX

Friday, January 27th, 2012

Been awhile since I played Portland back during the 1st MonomeTour. It was obvious back then, as it is now, the folks there know how to represent. Sublime spirits, PDXers. Looking forward to it.

On November 1st, 2011:
“Renegade Lights #1” made available from our music.renegadelights.net page!

The inception of a new era in electronic music: Renegade Lights #1. Renegade Lights Media ignites their shine onto the world of electronic music for the first time with this originally defiant compilation of uniquely skilled artists. These beats were born to butcher bassbins and refuse to die, taking you on an intrepid journey through the fringes of all genres and beyond while still remaining cohesively engaging throughout. Through shine or shadow, this tasty double-wax album remains truly renegade.

Props To Chicago and Part Time Suckers

Friday, June 24th, 2011

Chicago was a blueshift nearer to the heart. Our gracious hosts at TransAmoeba allowed Renegade Lights to magnify the brilliance of all who attended and performed long after dawn. With food provided by Edible Alchemy and an overwhelmingly immersive sound system provided by Catalyst Sound, it was a night to ring beautifully in the ears forever. Of Catalyst Sound and Part Time Suckers fame, Ryan Searchl1te hosts a weekly radio show, Part Time Sucker Radio, featuring both fresh and veteran electronic musical talent on Chicago’s WNUR. Some of our Renegades made an appearance and I’m honored to present the audio hear:
